We are getting this Internet Explorer Script Error message when opening help for AutoLISP functions. We are currently using AutoCAD 2006. This is very annoying when we need to find out how to use an AutoLISP function and can’t even get help for it. We have legal copies of AutoCAD 2006 and can’t understand why this would suddenly start happening. Is this AutoCAD’s way of enforcing us to upgrade after a period of time? We would appreciate any help or suggestions.
AutoCAD 2006 requires Internet Explorer 6 for some of the features in Help. If you have upgraded to Internet Explorer 7 this may be the problem. You can un-install Internet Explorer 7 and re-boot your computer. It will revert back to the previous version of Internet Explorer 6. I hope this helps.
